Frank Hederman's Organic Irish Smoked Salmon
This is simply the finest smoked salmon we have tasted, Frank Hederman is a master of his craft. This organic salmon comes from Clare Island, County Mayo and is smoked in the traditional way in the timber, Belvelly Smoke House in Cork, Ireland. The salmon is bathed in smoke from Beech wood until it has acquired the distictive and delicate flavour that makes it so unique. It is packed unsliced and should be allowed to reach room temperature before serving. Price is per kilo and a side is approximately 1 kg.
